Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our client's team for a part time 30 hours a week permanent role. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for professional services clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. The Receptionist will answer and forward client calls, greet clients and conduct general administration duties while contributing to an efficient and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Schedule appointments and confirm them with clients, ensuring optimal time management.
- Assist with clerical duties as needed to support the overall operations of the office.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- General duties as required
- Hours will be 9-3pm Monday - Friday
- Downtown Vancouver location
- $24-$27.00 per hour

Experience
- Minimum 1 year recent experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is required.
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
