As the organization continues to scale, they are seeking an accomplished Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership, partnering directly with physician ownership to guide the organization's continued growth and success.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated senior leadership experience within a complex, high-volume environment, together with strong financial acumen, operational rigour, and a proven record of executing strategic growth initiatives. This is a pivotal role, accountable for the organization's financial performance, operational leadership, and overarching direction of the Human Resources function.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal operational partner to the clinic's physician owners and physician leadership, with full accountability for organizational performance, people, and growth.
- Provide leadership and direction across multiple teams, physicians, and service lines within a complex, high-volume clinical environment.
- Oversee multi-million dollar budgets, ensuring disciplined cost control, revenue optimization, and rigorous financial planning and forecasting.
- Drive improvements in clinic flow, patient access, staffing models, and overall operational efficiency through systems- and process-based leadership.
- Design and execute strategic growth initiatives, expansions, and major organizational change, translating executive vision into structured, measurable outcomes.
- Manage relationships across physicians and partners, exercising sound judgment to navigate expectations, resolve conflict, and maintain alignment.
- Provide strategic oversight of the Human Resources function, including workforce planning, recruitment and retention strategy, performance management frameworks, and resolution of complex employee relations matters.
- Support and develop managers across the organization, providing guidance and oversight rather than day-to-day HR administration.
- Act as the principal liaison between physicians, staff, and leadership, fostering open communication and effective resolution of organizational issues.
- Maintain a high standard of accountability while cultivating a positive, high-performing organizational culture.
- Significant senior leadership experience as an Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, or Director of Operations, ideally within healthcare or another large, complex service-based organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead at scale within a complex, high-volume environment encompassing multiple teams, physicians, and service lines.
- A proven track record managing multi-million dollar budgets, with strong expertise in cost control, revenue optimization, and financial planning and forecasting.
- Experience improving clinic flow, patient access, staffing models, and operational efficiency through disciplined, process-oriented leadership.
- A demonstrated record of successfully executing growth initiatives, expansions, or major organizational change.
- Experience operating within physician-led or partnership environments, with strong judgment in managing stakeholder relationships and resolving conflict.
- Comfort providing strategic oversight of Human Resources and people strategy, with core strength in operations and organizational performance.
- Strong executive presence and credibility, with a decisive, structured, and solutions-oriented leadership style.
- A career trajectory reflecting increasing responsibility within organizations where scale, growth, and financial performance were key priorities.
