Miles HR is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a company in the field of Architecture. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and visitors
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office
- Ability to provide customer support in person, over the phone, or via email
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Experience working in a professional services/engineering office setting is a plus
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Typing skills to efficiently handle correspondence and documentation
- Comfortable using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
