Job Overview
Miles HR is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk for a minimum 3 month contract. The ideal candidate is highly detailed oriented, accurate and is able to work effectively to meet deadlines. You are also customer-focused, enjoy working in a team atmosphere, and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Location: IN OFFICE Vancouver West Side
Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00
Length of contract - minimum 3 months
Pay - 26.00/hr

Responsibilities
- Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Assist in data collection efforts as needed, ensuring that all information is collected in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools to manage data effectively.
- Support clerical tasks as required, including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in Data Entry.
- Proficient in using office software, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with data entry systems and databases is preferred.
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
