Location: Richmond, BC Organization Type: Non-Profit Contract Length: 1 Month Starts: March 2nd Pay: 21-23 per hour
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting meaningful community work? We’re looking for a motivated Scheduling Assistant to support a dynamic non-profit program for a short-term, one-month contract.
In this role, you’ll play an essential part in helping participating organizations stay informed about important program updates. If you enjoy connecting with people, keeping things organized, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Connect with program participants via phone and email
Schedule video and phone meetings between participants and staff
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and follow-ups
Update and manage participant tracker spreadsheets
Keep detailed notes on communications and outstanding contacts
Provide general administrative support as needed
Assist with other related duties as assigned
What You Bring:
High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
A strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy
Professional training or certification in office administration (considered an asset)
